NOA – the open automation platform

With NOA – Next Open Automation – you can get more out of your machine data. NOA is an open and scalable automation platform with a future-proof architecture that works independently of hardware. Easily design automation solutions based on open systems yourself. In addition to KEB hardware and software products, the concept can be easily expanded – with the user's own know-how or by integrating third-party providers. This makes NOA an ‘automation platform as a service’.

  • Open, scalable, future-proof
  • High flexibility
  • Linux and container-based architecture
  • Optimised processes and machine availability
  • Enable new business models

COMBIVERT F6 / S6

The COMBIVERT F6 drive controllers and COMIVERT S6 servo drives are the powerful drives from KEB – and real all-rounders. The F6 drives combine frequency inverters and servo drives in a single device and cover the entire power range from 2.2 kW to 450 kW. They control a wide variety of motor technologies, whether encoderless or with encoder. The S6 servo drives in book format have a power range from 0.75 kW to 7.5 kW and are specially designed for servo applications. They also control a wide range of motor technologies. The COMBIVERT F6 and S6 drives are established in numerous applications – from intralogistics to woodworking machines.

DM160

The introduction of the DM160 motors adds another size to the KEB portfolio of three-phase asynchronous motors. In the plastics industry, in intralogistics or in food technology, the low-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors ensure maximum efficiency. With the new series, KEB is focusing on in-house production of the three-phase asynchronous motors in order to meet customer-specific requirements even better.

  • Axis height 160 according to IEC
  • Power from 11 to 15 kW for mains operation
  • Robust design
  • High flexibility for individual designs

DL4 liquid-cooled

Water-cooled electric motors are better at dissipating heat, enabling higher torque and more dynamic processes without the motor overheating. With this in mind, Brusatori Electric Motors, part of the KEB Group, has introduced a liquid-cooled version of the DL4 high-torque servo motors in size BR9. The motors have all the features needed to reduce cycle times and increase overall machine productivity.

  • Speed of up to 2,600 rpm
  • Standstill torque of up to 770 Nm
  • Smaller size
  • Ideal interaction with KEB drive controllers

#rethinkBRAKES

COMBIPERM P2

The COMBIPERM P2 is a powerful permanent magnet brake that is optimised for use in servo motors. It achieves a significantly higher torque – in a more compact space. The P2 requires less power, which means that the motor does not heat up additionally. The brake also impresses with its optimised magnetic flux. The innovations in the P2 also include a felt ring to collect the oil mist that is created.

  • Optimised brake for servo motors
  • Eight sizes
  • Backlash-free and frictionally engaged
  • Operating temperature -40 °C... 120 °C
  • Designed for S1 operation or 100% duty cycle
