SHAFT MOUNTED GEAR UNITS/SHAFT MOUNTED GEARED MOTORS
Series F_D… / F_TA…
Featuring a slim design for installation situations with limited space, shaft mounted gear units are easy to install thanks to the axially parallel arrangement with plug-on function. The drive axis is arranged parallel, with offset, to the motor axis. This enables hollow or solid shaft gear units configurations. Torque values are between 240 Nm and 8,900 Nm. When combined with a suitable drive, this results in shaft mounted geared motors with capacities of up to 45 kW. The possibility of motor-side mounting enables drives that take up very little space (e.g. winch drives) to be implemented with KEB’s shaft mounted geared motors.

KEB’s F gear units can be equipped with motor adapters meeting different standards, or with free input shafts, in place of the motor.
