Dear customers,
dear employees,
2023 is drawing to an end, bringing to a close a year that has often been a rollercoaster ride for both KEB and the industry as a whole. The tense global economic situation is challenging us all. We are therefore all the more pleased that we have been able to realise numerous exciting projects together with customers all over the world this year. We have equipped machines and plants with high-quality drive components and automation technology. We have put drives into operation where reliable performance is required and have supplied brakes where safety is paramount.
That's why we are optimistic about the new year. What exactly makes us optimistic? In short: the commitment of our employees, the relationships with our – often long-standing – customers and a product portfolio that puts KEB in a strong position for the future as it fills gaps and opens up further potential for us.
With IIoT, Drives and Co. into the year 2024
We would like to give you a brief insight: Firstly, our new high-speed drives are available, which are designed for spindle drives, turbo blowers or compressors, gas turbines and many other fields of application. In combination with matching sinusoidal filters, they create powerful complete solutions for the high-speed sector. Our new NOA automation platform will be launched in 2024. The open, microservices-based IIoT and edge platform gives our customers the opportunity to design their own automation solutions. Data can be recorded, visualised and processed. This makes use cases such as predictive maintenance easy to implement. Our web-based HMI management system HELIO, the X1 Panel and the C6 COMPACT 3 controller are already available for this purpose. We also offer you two brake innovations for the servo motor: the COMBIPERM P2, a compact and powerful permanent magnet brake – frictionally engaged and backlash-free – and the COMBISTOP S1, our new spring-applied brake with fail-safe functions for servo motors. We also continue to work continuously on innovations aimed at adding value for our customers.
